Beginning on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) implemented traffic speed enforcement on the Project with a mobile speed camera deployed near the Route 8 Southbound Exit 13A On-Ramp.
Obey the orange – watch your speed – reminder that the speed limit throughout the project corridor is 55 MPH.
