This past week of August 7, nighttime highway illumination and Incident Management System (IMS) work took place from Exit 16 northbound to Exit 17.
Weeks of August 14 & August 21 – Illumination and IMS work will take place Monday through Thursday as follows:
- Nighttime from 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Route 8 northbound to just past Exit 17 northbound off-ramp
- Route 8 southbound from Exit 17 southbound off-ramp
This work consists of trenching and backfilling, installing light pole foundations, and installing cable between the foundations.
